In the Hamilton County, there are special restaurant regulations which clearly state that all such businesses must have 2,000 square feet under permanent cover, having seating for 150 clients and 51% of their cash ins have to originate from the sale of food and non-alcoholic beverages.
Also, another Hamilton County liquor license provision is related to hotels, motels and motor courts. These must have no less than 50 guestrooms and 51% of their earnings have to be made from room rentals.
