Special Restaurant Licenses
All of the liquor licenses are issued in the Clay County of Florida under the legal body which is the Florida Statute 561.20(2)(a)4. The establishments and units that can benefit from these licenses are those with more than 2,000 square ft. in all-year round covered floor space, 51% of the gross revenues that come from the selling of allowed goods such as non-alcoholic drinks and foods, as well as seats for 150 patrons at least.
Special Hotel Licenses
Clay County follows the Florida Statute 561.20(2)(a)1 permitting the issuing of licenses to all accommodation facilities ( motels, motor courts, hotels ) which have no less than 100 rooms for guest housing and derive more than 51% of the gross revenue as a result of room rental.
